"Mironova" Ergothionein - Anyone know how this is made / if it is effective?
Came across this supplement called Mironova today that apparently supports heart health - does anyone know about "EGT" or its mechanism of action /
effectiveness?
Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this - this is kind of the only place I can think to ask about a product like this.

It's closely related to this weak carcinogen.

That's not proof that it's a problem, but it's grounds for suspicion- especially since there's no good data saying it's helpful.
