Because it is not addition but substitution. Classic way to produce organofluorides.

The second product is silver bromide (insoluble in DMF)

The structure of your organic starting material is incorrect. Remember that a carbon has to have four bonds.

But still, this is not addition, so donĀ“t do anything with double bond, just substitute bromine with fluorine.
