I got it from http://www.sci-hub.org. That's the first port of call for searching for papers. Otherwise ask a moderator for access to the References section of this site as that's where requests for refernces are supposed to be posted. Enjoy. :)

That is pretty nifty. I wonder if palladium chloride could substitute for the acetate or barring that, if the acetate can be made in an efficient manner from the chloride?

It appears that scihub.org and sci-hub.org are different projects.
1st looks like American, sci-hub originated from erstwhile USSR.
