All of the first hand accounts I have read stated a lot of people just got head aches and side effects with little gain. I think that there is no easy solution to "brain enhancement" and I was considering trying them but meh i dont like head aches and my brain causes problems for me (the general population doesnt seem to like academic challenges and convocations) so I am going to stick with natural means.

Caffeine for energy and sleep for brain regeneration and memory forming. No strange drugs to make me "smarter" thanks :)

Brain Enhancers, in order of efficacy are :-

An immediate survival requirement
No Drugs
No Drinking
No Smoking
Reasonable physical activity (walking etc)
A well balanced diet
An Active Interest in what you wish to study.

Inositol reputedly helps, but nowhere near as much as the previous 7.

Edit :-

Please post random garbage like this in Beginnings in future.

'ScienceMadness' kinda implies some Science not just Madness.

So aga... you would argue that alcohol is some how more "intelligence promoting" then say amphetamine? I am not saying either of them will make you smarter but one is a little bit more obviously clear minded and less intoxicating.

But yeah i second the list... but with 3 and 2 flipped to fit my bias. Should add I am not a meth head i just used that as an example because i went to college and certainly both had their place and they were not interchangeable at least not for my type of studying i think others on campus might have disagreed

If drugs are Required in a learning environment, then there is something seriously wrong with the whole setup.

This site isn't about how to take drugs and what their effects are, at least not for a first-time poster. You might want to try bluelight or drugs-forum.

twas a joke my friend... the problem with higher education is it is money oriented instead of academic but thats a discussion for a different topic.

Also to the OP it is often better to leave out brands when you are discussing anything as someone will always make the suggestion you are promoting said brand. And as suggested there are plenty of first hand reports that allow for a more subjective experience understanding which is what you are asking I also recommend bluelight for that type of thing ;)
