Help for beginners

There is a good program which will help better understand the working of the chemistry laboratory, specifically the one have is called Virtual CHem Lab. It lets you do many type organic rections such as diels-alder, bromination, and ect...
They also have one for general chemistry. Looks pretty nice from their website http://chemlab.byu.edu/home/index.htm
I thought maybe this would be an interest for some, so knock your self out.
By the way its not a free product.
