Conclusions on metal oxides

There is out there a lot of topics about the metal oxides that can be used as anodes for chlorate production like:
Sno2 / Sno2-Sb2o3 / Mno2 / Co3O4 e.t.c

My question is which one is better than the other for a chlorate cell and which one will last longer

P.S. I did not say anything about perchlorate as long as it looks that only Pbo2 and Pt goes well.
