titration and relative formula mass

How can a titration be used to determine the realtive formula mass of an acid salt?

Via titration, you can figure out how many moles of protons are in a given sample. If you know how many moles of protons there are per mole of acid, you can easily find the atomic mass.

No, back titration is when at the endpoint of a titration the last drop in the pipette is blown out into the flask. If the indicator does not change back to the origional color then the endpoint of the titration has been overshot. If it changes color you have titrated sucessfully.

Thanks, but I am more confused about the reactions of acid salts with bases.
