Invisible members

Probably a ridiculously dumb question, but I noticed an invisible member browsing the forum on the Who's Online Stats.

Who are 'they' and why are they invisible?

I believe that when you sign in you can choose to be invisible and the stats don't give your name.

Ah ok, thanks bismuthate, I never noticed this cause I haven't had to sign in since the first time I had to sign in and wasn't paying attention back then, besides, as I don't believe total internet anonymity leads to anything good... I probably completely overlooked it :)

Besides, nobody is invisible to the NSA anymore lol

The invisibility feature is for the NSA. They hate meeting themselves online.
