For every peptide bond created one water molecule is made. An alcohol group comes off of one A.A. and a hydrogen off of the other to form one water
molecule. Is that what you wanted to know?

It's not really an 'alcohol' group, as you react a carboxyl group RCOOH with an amine NH2 (or COO- and NH3+, depending on pH).
Anyway, yes, you get one molecule of water per peptide bond (amide group formation, RCO-NHR)
