I just want to know is it possible to calculate magnetic behavior of complex theoretically (in Gaussian software)..

Make some qualitative predictions about organometallic compounds (complexes) and their magnetic properties, probably yes but I doubt if a quantitative treatise is available from current quantum chemistry (but I'm no expert). What is 'Gaussian software'?
