Can't find Eric Keogh's thesis from Karel de Grote University.
[Edited on 10-7-2012 by Fusionfire][/rquote]
Karel de Grote Hogeschool(bachelor degree) is not an University (master degree).
The thesis was not written by an engineer. I have a copy of the thesis. It was not an independent test. Geerard Colijn from Automotive Ecology
(Belgian MoreMPGfirm) assisted in the HHO test. The thesis ends with the word "wet van Murphy". It confirms there is 8amp "free energy" avaiblable to
generate hydrogen. But they loose on average 10kw when they generate hydrogen....
Where is that free energy ?
They used a Ford Transit, Automotive Ecology claims other Ford Transits saved 15% on average. The thesis doesn't give a savingsfigure. It claims
there were fuel savings but the tests could not give a reliable pattern.
I don't understand why the Karel de Grote hogeschool allows to misuse this thesis....

Ka-SCAMMED.
It's obvious to any scientist that this can't work, not under the conditions they described (infinite energy trololulz UMADSCIENCE), and their
marketing pitch is laughable at best.
This thread should be closed or something, we all know by now that it's a scam.
