Indole to Indole N-oxide

Could anyone tell the procedure for the synthesis of Indole to Indole N-oxide? (the indole could be substituted)

Are you sure you mean indole N-oxide rather than N-hydroxyindole? As far as I know indole N-oxides are only relatively stable enough in the indolic nitrone form which means there must be a 3,3-disubstitution present (which is obviously not the case for plain indole).

PS: Threads with referenceless, vague or unanswerable questions should be opened only in the Beginnings section where I'm moving this. Requests for literature searches and article retrievals are more suitable in References section.
