Chlorate free Chloride!!

I got a platinized niobium anode and I tried to make perchlorate, I faced problem in removing chlorides from chlorate, I can reach 1% w/w chloride content but it should be less than 0.05% w/w ... I made fractinal recrystalization and I can get 0.03% w/w but it is so difficult and I lose some chlorate during the process, I'd like to get a new method to remove chloride less than 0.05%..

Note: I do not like to use AgNO3, Pb(NO3)2 to precipitate chlorides

Why?

I made perchlorate with platinized titanium and probably as much as 5-10% chloride!

Anode life sucked, but that is hardly a surprise with ameteur plated titanium.
