Wine chemicals

Well yes tehy can be useful for about 5 or 6 ingredients. I believe the acid is tartaric that you discussed but they also have Citric. Also, check out any bottles or other equipement for possibilities in conversion into stills.

Crystal soda is probably washing soda (hydrated sodium carbonate).

Also you might find, sodium metabisulphite, lactic acid, tannin, malic acid (from which maleic acid, fumeric acid and maleic anhydride are possible in very high yield), potassium carbonate. possibly potassium sorbate.

I'm surprised you found sulphur, sulphuric acid and copper sulphate though, you dont get that in wine shops here.
