Hmmm. Some of the chemicals look a little suspicious: methylamine, nitroethane, gamma-butyrolactone, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde, other DEA List I
items... Prices are really low however!

Atom Scientific / APC Pure (same UK company, different websites with different pricing and catalogues) do sell to individuals- I use them a lot. They
seem to be willing to ship internationally but I don't know how much it'd cost.

They do sell to individuals, ship to EU anything that is legal to possess.

I am pretty sure declaration of use is to cover their ass and wouldn't have much impact outside of the EU since the US doesn't have the same laws.
They may not even require it for shipping outside of the EU. BUT they will probably label it correctly which will get it seized by customs entering
the US and get you seized if you order list I chemicals. The chinese sellers tend to list things as electronics regardless of what is in the package
since electronics are duty free from china to the US.
