WTB: Good Sources of Ruthenium Metal or Salts?

I am curious to know if any of you have any good sources of Ruthenium or Ruthenium salts.

http://www.infomine.com/investment/metal-prices/ruthenium/

Bullion is available, but not as common as the big four (gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium). But the most common application of Ru is in resistors, which consumes most of the demand for Ru. Googling "ruthenium dioxide resistors" gives lots of results.
