I came across this site while looking for a biocide (DDAC) and thought I'd share it as it looks like they have some interesting things but IDK if they require license or not. Prices looked decent as well, so it may be worth a try.

I've ordered from them before (25kg sodium sulphite for £75, on two occasions).
