About 107 C, at atmospheric pressure at least.
~400g of sodium chloride will dissolve in 1 Kg of water at boiling. This corresponds to a 6.85 molal solution.
6.85 x 2 (two ions for one mole) x 0.512 (ebullioscopic constant for water) = 7 degrees of BP elevation
100 + 7 = 107 C boiling point
Look up colligative properties if you want to learn more.
