I could guess that it would be quite varied just by looking at glucose for instance, all those hydroxyl groups to react, but I’ve never been one to
study saccharides in the first place though, they just don’t really seem that interesting and are a little to complex in their behaviour for my
liking. Thanks for the info anyway
