hasnt been used, and it comes with many extras that i just havent put like filter paper, and hell Dow vaccuum grease alone is worth at least $20-30
for the big bottle. also vacuum tubing and clamps, stands. Everything ud need for all kinds of distillations and reactions for the novice chemist!

Would you consider selling individual items? If so send me a PM about condensers, the column and Erlenmeyer flasks.
Thanks
Edit:removed my name.

also i went ahead and posted my hotplate/stirrer on ebay. The next cheapest is more than $100 more so mine is definitely priced to sell, its basically
nearly brand new it was used 1 time by me and new before i got it. They are usually around $300-400 but im selling it for i think its $189. with free
shipping

I'm going to second what Phosphorus said. I know you're looking to sell the whole lot as one, but if you are at all willing to sell any of the
condensers individually, I would be quite enthused, so U2U me if that's a possibility.

What would you charge to ship it to western Canada? I know it's a long ways, but that's a great deal.
Keep in mind that you could choose the slowest possible shipping.
Just wondering, no guarantees on if i'd buy it.

Shipping costs to Canada might bankrupt you, sadly. And the cvustoms paperwork is a real pain. Only boxes under 4 pounds are simple.

Really? That does sound like a hassle. I live close to the border, it's a shame I don't know any one right there on the other side.
Thanks anyway. That's a great deal, i'm sure you'll get lots of takers.
EDIT:
I'm not sure, but you might actually be able to pack the hotplate under four pounds. How much does it weigh?

the hotplate is about what ud expect from a hotplate/stirrer combo. Its pretty heavy. But im definitely willing to work with any buyer on shipping, if
it costs a lot like international, if i cant pay it all i can at least cover half. Im definitely willing to work with people to make things happn.

Out of interest, Db33, why the sudden need to shut shop? And might it be prudent to put stuff in storage to be returned to at another time?

well im 31, and i recently got my 2nd job. I work for an interent company and so my work is from home, and now have another project which is twice as
much work. I have other hobbies including gaming and collecting cards, and those plus my relationship plus my work hav ebasically rendered my
chemistry interests obsolete. I hate to see equipment unused and ive alraedy had to get rid of most of the chems i had simply because i didnt want to
see them spoil. But thats why im offering the stuff for sale, if it sellls, then i can use the money if not then like you say i will just store it up.
Believe me tho j_sum, its not an easy decision, if i had my choise of circumstances of where i lived and what i could do with all my time and energy,
i would get MORE equipment and spend lots of time in the lab. But i guess life circumstances creep up on all of us. Plus i mean i make decent money i
can get any equipment back that i need.

Check with the local UPS Store on the other side of the border. I am in Ottawa and the UPS store in Ogdensburg, NY will receive packages for
Canadians.
Just make sure that you correctly declare all the stuff at the border crossing back into Canada.
