Copper acetylide is dangerously sensitive; silver acetylide (Ag2C2 * AgNO3) is less so. Both are about the same difficulty to make.
Copper is cheaper than silver.

okay i have only made silver acetylide but seem as i dont even need much of it the price isnt really concern so ill probally just stick with the
silver thanks
