It is. He posted this same question twice at chemicalforums as well.

I'm with Etaoin. Your professor asked YOU to propose a mechanism, not us. So, where's your work? Have you made any sort of attempt at coming up with a mechanism on your own? Or are you just being lazy and expecting us to do your homework for you? Why should we just spoon-feed you a mechanism when you haven't helped anyone else here in return, nor contributed anything to this forum whatsoever? You more than likely only registered here and on ChemicalForums so you could ask this question, and I'm betting neither forum ever sees you again after you get the answer you're looking for. And if we do, it'll probably be because you want some more help.

Honestly, though, if you'd just put forth a little effort of your own, we'll be happy to help you; however, I'm certainly not going to waste my time drawing up a bunch of possible mechanisms for reactions between eucalyptol and ozone or hydroxyl radicals if you're not going to at least try to come up with one on your own. Looks like they told you the same thing over at ChemicalForums, too.
