Those are two very different things. Sulfur can be found in some gardening stores, and in some small pharmacies, not the ones like Rite Aid or Sav

Please I suggest you do some reading.
There are threads on hydrogen sulfide, as well as sulfur, post in there.
You need to learn to distinguish between sulfur and hydrogen sulfide before starting new threads asking for either.
Also it helps to state WHY you want a given material, and what you currently KNOW about the given material. We are not here to spoonfeed you, nor to
give you a chemistry education from bottom up.
