manganese(III)acetate
whould be the electrolysis of manganesedichloride in devided cell
with acetic acid as electrolyte. The (III) oxidation state is achived by passing current throug the mixture and the acetic acid binds to the Mn3+ forming manganese(III)acetate....
Yust an idea with lack of knowledge..
