100% HNO3 !?
This can exist?
Doesn't HNO3 decompose by itself in NO2 and H2O ?

Of course it does exist!
N2O5 is the anhydride of HNO3
2HNO3 <==--> N2O5 + H2O
Pure HNO3 means 18g water for 108g N2O5!
You can be even over with higher amounts of N2O5 per weight of water! Thus N2O5 dissolved in pure HNO3!
True that it is less stable and should be kept under low temp, closed vessel and away from sunlight; but it will not loose much since the reaction is
an equilibrium!
