hi guys. i have a problem i'm trying to synthesize a schiff base between
benzoilpyridine and 3-aminobenzoicacid. you know that's a condensation reaction and during reaction h2o occurs. i'm trying to dry my
reaction with Mg(SO)4 but i can't manage. now i'm using molecular schives. why my reaction did not occur? is water such important? please
help? thanx.
