hello friends,
need your help regarding manufacturing hydrazine hydrate by reacting chlorourea with calcium hydroxide,as sodium hydroxide being costly raw material.

This is a forum where amateur experimentalists gather. I do not think we will be of much help in optimizing your industrial process. I assume you have consulted the Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology and patent literature?
