100ml buret and leveling bulb for gas measurement?

I'm looking for (at least) 100 ml buret and a leveling bulb to be used for gas measurement. I've seen a 100 ml buret for around $20 (http://www.amazon.com/SEOH-Buret-Acrylic-PTFE-Stopcock/dp/B0...) but I'm not sure if it would be suitable. I need one that can be securely attached to a reaction flask and a leveling bulb.

Help appreciated.

Use an upside down measuring cylinder instead ?
(assuming you want to measure how much gas created)
