I had looking for a synthesis to preparing HNO4 ;):mad: to produce Tetranitomethane ;) in a extended nitation process ??

HNO4 is also known as pernitric acid. I really doubt you will be able to make this.

EDIT: Just google it and you will realize how infeasable it is.

Pernitric acid and pernitric esters are present in trace amounts in the atmosphere. Mostly formed through interactions between nitrogen oxides, ozone, VOCs and high intensity UV light.

IIRC, they are used to measure relative air pollution.

If your going for peroxidation, whats wrong with H2O2?

HNO3 is for nitration, as you would know.
