Black pages in Mellor

Hi I have just downloaded vol 15 of Mellor's Textbook of Inorganic chemistry volume for platinum metals and found all the pages appear black. When I checked this appears to affect other Mellor volumes too, basically 11 to 16. the earlier volumes appear OK. Any idea what the problem is?

Is it just me again or do others see the same thing?

I just checked volume 15. It appears correctly in xpdf 3.03 and evince 3.6.3 (Linux) and Adobe Reader XI (Windows).

My download is 34,882,386 bytes in size and has md5 hash d738bdd0eb38fe6d2f0ab28943e00838.

You may want to try a different PDF viewer and/or confirm that your downloaded file has the correct size and contents.

Yes, that's the problem I use Foxit, when I use acrobat they open OK but the aspect ratio is a bit flattened vertically but still readable.

Size wise my download is slightly smaller at 34.7mb but seems OK in acrobat
