Synthesis of glutamine from sodium glutamate
I do not have much information on the subject, but I am very interested in the synthesis of glutamine from glutamate monosodium GMS. I have read that
another way is from the amino acid serine, but I would like to know the route from monosodium glutamate. In advance thank you very much for your

If it is the salt of an acid, how would you isolate the free acid? MSG is a salt.
