Thermometer adapter question
Are thermometer adapters pretty universal or do they take a specific size thermometer. I was looking at one of these two options

I think they can take most thermometer sizes. The second one's overview says that it accommodates 5.0 - 7.5 mm diameter.
I have one similar to the one in the second link. This kind is really handy, they can also function as syringe ports and adapters for gas delivery.
