Individual Ordering from Companies.
Alright guys, Im new to this. As an individual regular joe-schmo person, what do I have to do in order to be able to buy chemicals from a company like
sigma aaldrich?

This has been answered many, many times before but- you can't. Not as a regular "joe-schmo" anyways. You need to find a third party supplier who is
able to obtain these reagents for you, or find a company that caters to hobbyists.

Ive looked at many of these threads about finding those chemicals but this particular one isnt sold by any of the ones I found from here. THAT is why
I have resorted to this.

I believe he may be able to obtain more, as one of his posts he mentions supplies are limitless... I'm assuming you asked him and aren't just basing

Yes he told me through u2u that it was already sold, plus he says hes selling it all so i doubt he has more laying around

No. Im not dealing with that shit. Im doing what I want regardless. It is wrong that certain people, chemists in this case, must lose their freedoms

Chemical suppliers are relatively unfriendly to small buyers, always have been. A small business or a small college, would fit in to that small buyer
category.
If you appeared to represent a legit buyer, interested in buying a train-load full of product X, the company would shower you with fancy gift hookers
and secret illegal kickbacks. As it is, your miniscule purchase doesn't interest them.
