Trimethylsulfonium Hydroxide Derivatization

I am needing help derivitizing "Rimonabant" with Trimethylsulfonium Hydroxide to De-Polarize in hopes I can run this on a Gas Chromatograph.

Anybody have any experience using either of these two compounds? Any tidbits of information that might be helpful in conduction a successful derivitization?
