Quinhydrone to Para-benzoquinone
Is it possible to go from quinhydrone to pbenzoquinone or even to separate the quinhydrone into its equal parts hydroquinone and pbenzoquinone?

I found some posts about people saying dissolve the quinhydrone in solvent and add 35% h2o2 to the solution with heat.
Can anyone vouch for this?

I would guess this would work considering that it can be broken down by oxidation. Hydrogen peroxide at a 35% solution would most likely do it but I
have not tried this.
You can't arrest me, it was for science!

Im thinking i follow the hydroquinone to pbenzo h2o2/i2 method just replacing the hydroquinone with quinhydrone since its apparently an intermediary
product anyway.
I figure dissolve the quinhydrone in isopropyl alcohol, add a few grams of i2, slowly drop h2o2, then boil. And somewhere in there say a prayer haha.
If anyone has any advice, please lemme know. Otherwise ill update tomorrow.
