electrolysis of salt water
if you use electrolysis on NaCl table salt in water wouldn't you get NaO? on the negative side

No, but NaOH, Cl2, H2, can be obtained. Do some searching please. Google electrolysis of brine.

At how many voltages you are doing Electrolysis of salt water. It also leads to sodium chlorate .

the voltage is irrelevent the amps gives you the yeild.
an electrolysis at 1volt with a power supply than can get 10 amps through is much better thant a 100V from a 0.1 amp generator
amperage is the flow (how many electrons are going by )
Voltage is the energy of each electron. (the difference of potential)
lots of energy (volts) but hardly any of them (electron ) wont do much.
lots of them (electrons) eevn with low energy is usually enough (reasonably low)when it comes to electrolysis

then why it is recommended that for chlorate electrolysis should be done at 5 volts at higher densityof current and for perchlorate at 6 volt

U=RI hence I=U/R
for the same resistance (R) ,a higher voltage (V) results in a gain in the intensity (I)

which tool are you talking about? is that electrodes or power device
you are talking about. If electrodes you are talking then i will suggesst you graphite because they are cheap and awesome. If you are talking about
device then you must modify computer atx PSU to lab power supply

i use a battery booster from autozone. 12 Volts and it can deliver the amps if needed!
