N,N'-bis(acetylacetone)ethylenediimine
Can anyone find the preparation of this ligand (acacen) or has experience with it? I can't find references on it. I know it i prepared from
ethylenediamine and acetylacetone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salen_ligand), wich I both have.
Also how do you prepare the complexes, eg how sensitive is the ligand to acid or base, how soluble are the complexes in organic solvent. Do you guys
have experience with or references to some simple acacen complexes?
