New 120$ rotovap found online

Is there a catch or detail I'm missing? Or is this really a 1L rotovap that will vacuum evaporate out my solvents and collect them for 120$ cuz every
other rotovap on that site is about average price wise.

That looks like an advert from a manufacture looking for bulk buyers (wholesalers). So if you want to buy 100 items a month, you may get them for $120
each + shipping . In the past when people have tried to contact such advertisers they have been ignored.
If you want only one item, go to Aliexpress. They have one for £465 with free shipping, but you have to pay import duty. In the UK that's +20% for
VAT

i should also add that some advertisers like other sites also bate you with a low price by quoting a price for part or limited function of the item
shown in the picture, so carefully check option selection. If you join the site you get a window on the right showing the total price that includes
shipping and in the UK the import duty (VAT).
