Nicolet 210 FTIR Looking for a home
I have a Nicolet model 210 FTIR and want to get rid of it. I'm in the Washington, DC, USA area. It is complete and I got it to 'run', 'scan'. The
laser power supply went out and I used another to power the laser. I have manuals, etc.
I need the space. There is also a BioRad FTS 40 that needs a home. That would be good for parts only.

Where are you? I would be willing to sell it, yes. Price would be low, this is a hobby experiment.
I can't get U2U to reply, is this something the administrator has to enable?

I'm not sure why your U2U is not working but you may want to ask an admin about that.
I'm from Minnesota and I guess that could help give an estimate on the shipping price.

I just checked and your U2U is enabled, so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be working. Are you getting an error messsge when you try to send
one?

U2U use
I am having difficulty figuring out how to use U2U. I have 2 messages in my in box and I just sent a reply to one of them. But, it was a new
message, not a reply to the question I was sent.
How exactly do you reply to message that you have in your inbox?

When you click reply, it quotes the previous message(s) and you can type your reply below that. It’s a rather archaic system, but it works alright.

These spectrometers are pretty easy to find for sale, but those manuals are gold. I haven’t been able to find them anywhere. If you send them to me,
I would scan them and make them available to everyone.
