What experiments can be done with a siphon?
From Wikipedia.
Siphon coffee brewer: when warmed by a heat source (A), vapor pressure increases in the lower chamber (B), forcing the water downwards (C) and through
the central pipe into the upper chamber (D) where it is mixed with the coffee grounds. When the heat is removed, the water flows back down.

Anyone do any work with siphons?

Maybe consider this as a sort of siphon.

When warmed by a heat source, vapor pressure increases in the upper chamber forcing the water downwards through the pipe into an open dish where it is
mixed with cool water and then returns.
