Fisher scientific sells chemicals to residential addresses?
I'm getting sick of paying crazy shipping prices for middlemen to receive from a chemical manufacturer and then ship to a residence. So I'm looking
into the possibility of buying directly from places like Fisher scientific.
I made an account with "Fragrances" as the business name, and I dont see any obstacles. I already got to the checkout page for butyraldehyde 500 mL
and can put in a card number.

After you put in your card number and try to purchase, it goes to a page saying something like: sorry you need a business account to purchase, due to
"state regulations".
I'm really thankful that there even exist middlemen companies that are willing to ship to amateurs. Even if shipping is crazy

As far as I've heard, they do, but only for ACROS products, and if you check out as anonymous customer.
In the states, that is.
I'm not in there so its second hand, but trustful, knowledge.

ACROS products tend to be much more expensive than the same quantity sold by other businesses. At that point, might as well use the middleman.
