Hi.
I found in store some tin solder. There is write some compostition: 99Sn, 3Cu0, 7NiP. I am wonder about element ratio (in mass %). These numbers
evidently aren't percents.

could it be 0.3 and 0.7 ?
99 + 0.3 + 0.7 = 100
