Finding OTC DCM in UK
Hi
Just wondering if anyone in the UK has any idea of easy sources for DCM preferably on high street bout online if not possible.
EDIT: Just a note to say it has been removed from all paint strippers I can find on the shelves

Look on eBay UK under Lab Chemicals, that's where I get mine, the cost is high for 1 or 2 litres but not so bad if you get 5+, and that lasts an awful
long time if you recycle.

I don't think you'll find any consumer products containing DCM (ie paint strippers with DCM are banned for safety reasons).
I have seen DCM on eBay. I've also bought it in the past from APC Pure.
But nowadays, I get all of my solvents from Rathburn - they are both very cheap and very high quality. I think I paid £9.50 or so (excluding shipping
of flat £14 per palette and 20% VAT) for 2.5L of HPLC grade DCM, in a glass GL45 bottle.
