That surplus store looks amazing. We occasionally get some nice glass here in Toronto. Last year they had some enormous 3L and 5L multi neck flasks...
*boner*
Well I ordered a PTFE thermometer adapter from VWR and they sent it with the wrong parts. They promptly sent me a replacement with even wronger parts.
Hopefully the 3rd times the charm.
Other than that I haven't had any problems with quality.

Update on the Houston Scientific case...
I received yesterday my graduated cylinder in perfect shape, well packaged and completely free of any taxes or duties. At least they were prompt in
resolving the situation. I am happy, and although this was utterly expensive, it's exactly what I ordered.
I am sure that for you folks south of the border, it's not a bad deal to deal with 'em since there won't be any brokerage fees and much smaller
shipping fees.
But with my discovery of all these great and inexpensive resources in the great white north, i'll definitely visit the Surplus2D shop often and slowly
build myself a nice little sythesis lab.
