Good source for certain chems and gear
i should have gotten some lists while i was there but i found a good resource for some chems and gear. this was only a very small store and i wouldn't
be surprised to find a better selection at a larger outlet but i went to place called "fermentables" in a town a few miles north of me that had a few
interesting items. they carried hydroponic supplies, very nice hand-made distillation equipment, all sorts of multi-hole stoppers and tubing, herbage
for adding spice to alcohol brews, tartaric acid, citric acid, yeasts and cultures and several other things i did not get the names of as i was in a
hurry.
as i said this was a tiny place and one could probably find several other hard to find items at a larger, more well stocked place. beer and wine
making is a very chemistry related process and some of the equipment they use carries over to us. worth a look for those that don't like to use the
internet as a resource. happy hunting.
