Too expensive! Draincleaner and KNO3 works out a fair bit cheaper. . .

Except that drain cleaner in the UK is a pH neutral mix of surfactants and enzymes 
unless you can suggest a UK supplier of Sulphuric drain cleaner.

That is FAR too expencive!
The drain cleaner i buy here (UK) is £5 for 1.5 litres or so. it is light yellow and viscous, i titrated it to be 96%
