NCS-chlorination

I have a question. Is aryl chlorination possible by using NCS?

Looks like it might need a catalyst, other acids might work. Though the substrates in that first example weren't particularly electron rich.
Alternatively N-chlorosaccharin can be used, it should be more reactive than the succinimide and it sounds easy to make:
