Lactic Acid
I'm trying to make some PolyLactic Acid for a project I'm working on and am just looking to find the best way to acquire some Lactic Acid to begin
with. It would be best if I were to obtain in chemically, but anywhere I can buy it is nice too. Thanks.

It's sold in homebrewing stores as an acidity regulator. Usually it's in an 88% solution. Apparently, it forms cyclic dimers quite readily, so good
luck getting it to form chains. It might not be that difficult though, I've never actually tried it.
The first step in the process of learning something is admitting that you don't know it already.
