Is there a way to get P2O5 OTC?

There was some discussion on the topic here:

Some pyrotechnic suppliers may sell P2O5, although I've never heard of one that does. Aluminum phosphate decomposes to release P2O5 at about 900-1000
C as demonstrated by Magpie:

Some other metal phosphates may also decompose to release P2O5. I would guess that FePO4, Ni3(PO4)2 or Cu3(PO4)2 are likely to be the most suitable.

Dehydrated (pyro) phosphoric acid can be substituted in some reactions / situations. Might be something worth looking into depending on your need.
There are threads here regarding its preparation.

If you happen to be from the US, Firefox-FX sells it
http://www.firefox-fx.com/ChemN-P.htm
They'll require a photocopy of your driver's license to verify age and keep a paper file on hand in case anyone comes asking but they'll sell anything
after that point, even to residential addresses.
