Woohoo! I just got it today for my fuel injectors- one of 'em ain't workin'. But now that I have a bottle of beer in front of me, I have to resist
the urge to pour in hydrogen peroxide, run the heater up to 175, and clean a candle.
Anyway, I saw some of the other posts that mention such a creature but I didn't read more than the first half dozen. One thing I read elsewhere
mentioned testing the unit for "hot spots" by placing a piece of aluminum foil in it and looking for the distribution of holes. This got me thinking
about using it to powder aluminum for various <ahem> "medically supported pyrology meditations". Ignoring the wear on the transducer, would
this take longer than a ball mill (which I don't have)?

if the unit has one tranducer the power will simply "cone" out from it
happy expirmenting there...........
it seems the only papers i can find in regards to sonochemistry are the making of nano crystals of metal oxides. im sure they're really important
for aluminium powder i still like
"WILL IT BLEND" thread....
